Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original ODDLI packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original state.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
